What is this?

Tally is a no-login web tool for collecting orders, sign-ups and bring-lists from a group. The organiser creates a topic, pastes one link into the chat, and everyone adds their name and note under the items they want instead of re-posting the whole message.

Privacy & data retention

No accounts, phone numbers or emails. We only store the title, items, names and notes you type in.

Admin access relies solely on an unguessable admin link; your own entries are recognised by a key stored in your browser. If you lose them we cannot restore access, because we hold no identity data.

Topics with an expiry are permanently deleted 30 days after it; topics without one are deleted 90 days after their last update. The organiser can delete a topic immediately at any time.
