Privacy

1. What is collected

No accounts, phone numbers or email addresses. The only things stored are what you type in: the topic title, description, items, names and notes, plus creation and update times.

Admin keys, per-entry edit keys and fill-in passwords are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, never in their original form. That is why a lost admin link cannot be restored for you.

2. What your browser stores

Your language choice (a cookie), the edit keys for lines you added, the name you last used, and any fill-in password you entered, so you do not have to type it again. There is no analytics, no advertising, no third-party fonts and nothing that tracks you across sites, apart from the bot check described in section 4.

3. Servers and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the service and prevent abuse, Cloudflare processes your IP address, and IP addresses are used briefly in memory for rate limiting. They are not written to the database. Your data is not used for advertising or analytics, and is not sold to anyone.

4. Bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The "create a topic" page uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to tell people apart from bots, so the service cannot be flooded with automatically created topics. It loads a script from Cloudflare, may read information about your browser and device, and may store a small amount of data on your device. It is not used to identify you, and none of what it collects reaches us.

5. Who can see what you write

Anyone with the public link can read the whole list, unless the organiser set a fill-in password or turned on "only I can see what people filled in". Treat a topic as something that will be forwarded around a group chat, and do not put sensitive information in it.

6. How long it is kept

A topic with an expiry is permanently deleted 30 days after it. A topic without one is deleted 90 days after its last update. Entries are deleted with their topic. The organiser can delete a topic immediately at any time from the admin page.

7. Your choices

You can edit or delete the lines you added from the same browser, and the organiser can remove any content or the whole topic. Clearing your browser data removes the keys and preferences held locally.
