1. About this service

This site is a free, no-account tool for creating a topic and letting other people add their name and a note. Anyone with the link can read and fill it in, unless you set a fill-in password.

2. Provided as is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

3. No availability guarantee

There is no service level agreement and no uptime guarantee. The service may be interrupted, slow, faulty, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. Do not rely on it for anything where availability matters.

4. Data can be lost

Topics and entries may be lost or deleted through technical failure, the data retention policy or human action. A lost admin link cannot be recovered, because no identity information is held. Keep your own copy of anything important; the "Copy list" button exists for that.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you type in. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to publish other people's personal information without their consent, or for harassment, fraud or infringement. Do not collect sensitive personal data such as identity numbers, bank details or health information.

Content is not reviewed, monitored or endorsed, and no responsibility is taken for it. Content may be removed at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. That includes lost data, financial loss, business interruption and incorrect orders.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time, effective when published. Continuing to use the service means accepting the current terms.

To report unlawful, infringing or abusive content, email abuse@tallytally.app with a link to the topic.
